Huh, I see job openings on website. Lots of Software Engineer roles open.
True, JB hunt Engineering & Technology group is not doing layoff's to get rid of Severance and other benefits the company has to pay for outgoing employees instead they are letting Employees go on Performance etc.. which is pathetic..
It’s already started. Huge cuts to save the nuts of the CIO and his jacked up spending on a lame system that can’t get off the ground.
Lots of deep cuts are occurring to cover up the CIO and his handpicked id–ts that have zero knowledge of logistics. Only what they learned after invading our company and our area.
Millions of dollars folks. And a system that won’t work without a lot of manual efforts it is supposed to replace. Hiding all of this from shareholders and the public opinion.
Millions of dollars actually spent propping up his c-appy leadership. All of them personal to the CIO in other companies. Mainly 1 company, Sealy. A mattress company. Jeeeeeeeeezus.
The favoritism reeks here. And people are losing jobs, cooking the books, moving money around, because this CIO and his handpicked lackies. Be sure, not one of his mattress leadership will lose out on those their bonuses, juicy stock options, and big fat raises.
I wish I didn’t need a job. I wish everyone of these Sealy jerks would get the heck out of the company and our area.
