Eliminations , maybe Claims supervisor, dsd???
Any new info on who might be eliminated next?
Anyone think Walmart Connect layoffs will come with SS and marketing stepping up?
People leads taking over sch. Options removed from coaches. Read your amp
The only rumor I have heard and i do use the word rumor is claims/dsd will fall under the backroom coach and apa's will be under the front end coach. Where does that leave the APASM and will there be a need for MAPM's? I haven't heard anything on the people leads but see no reason why they would be eliminated. What do you all think or know?
I think people leads will be cut soon
Time to organize!!!
MAPM's or whatever their title is now. I think they have been on borrowed time since the whole APM conversion to APASM. You can't have one asm answering to two supervisors. In our market my store manager and mapm don't see eye to eye. APASM caught in the middle.
Just wondering what will become of APA's? The whole covid thing has put a new spin on detaining shop lifters. Was just wondering if Walmart will seize the opportunity to eliminate the position for awhile in hopes to get a lot of longer term apa's to take a buyout offer. They are making big bucks and can't do their job functions because of covid.

What’s the rumor with Claims/DSD?
My bet is on APASM. There’s so much melding of what AP does with front end anymore, plus all the rumors surrounding claims and DSD going away in some form or placed under a stocking coach which are in charge of the back rooms now. So what’s left for an APASM to be paid a salary for when most else can be delegated.
