As of 1/13/21, there are no posted New York State Worker Adjustment and Retraining notices (NYS WARN) for MS going back past November 2020.
would say more likely to be February at this point. Certainly post comp day at this point

Although I haven’t heard any concrete rumors of a RIF, the silence can be deafening. I’m all but certain a RIF is coming.
We’re going to get a measly bonus this year; expect a larger than normal RIF in early February. If you survive it you should be safe until end of 2022
think if you had a great year end review you will be OK this round
They let go many hardworking people in 2012 too. It's a vicious cycle with this place.
Don't think they need a troll from JPM. MS let go of many hard working loyal employees last year this time for no good reason at all. I'm sure come Jan they will be tempted to trim again.
