All directors have an increase from 3-18% putting most in the 245k area. 15% bonus is also coming

My VP(GM no more) has confirmed that we will get those raises. Applies to GV but assuming it is same for Melville

I think we all know that once a director you are immediately close to 250k. That way above market especially when the achievement are paper based not results based.
So I am not surprised by this. The previous VPGMs business and engineering enabled this.
Now the new team is behaving the same.
Who gets screwed? Everyone else not in that middle layer and above......
Don’t know for the 2021 but that falls very closely to what I got last time, same for a buddy so those numbers considering we are doing well seems appropriate and reasonable.
Those numbers seems reasonable. They are pretty much what was expected as things are going better
