Did you honestly think the company would do something good with management? Look at the circle jerk going on at the top. Look at the poor decisions that have been made under the executive team's leadership. It is no wonder the stock plummeted. Yet, nothing happens. Someone must have dirt on someone else to keep this charade going.
Based on the tone of these posts, all of you who claim to be from Land deserve nothing more than what you ingrates have. Hopefully there will be walking papers in your Christmas stocking
I rarely post on here but must agree with the original post. I was demoted earlier this year. She has taken advantage of us during the pandemic and downturn. And to the person who said, “that’s what management does.” You must not be in Land because we’ve always had great compassionate leaders like Wiles, Albert, Wade and Khanic (sp?). You can be a good manager and leader without being a bad person. An example of that would be Ronald Reagan vs Hitler. Both were leaders/managers of people but only one was good at it. Our current VP is much more hitler than Reagan.
The land group needs to start focusing on securing prime acreage for solar and wind farms. The majors are doing just this as they see the green energy transformation coming. Let's be proactive and not be late to the game.
Everything you have described is exactly what managers do. I don’t know why you seem surprised by her actions. That loser they brought in from Noble and put in charge of the Bach in engineering team is exactly the same way as she is however he has been able to fly below the radar because he has a huge mouth and everyone thinks that he’s good at what he does but in reality he is shady AF.
Jmho, if we post specifics they get deleted. The only way to vent our frustrations with her and other managers are to post in a generic form. Clearly you are one of her minions that only knows how to say yes sir to her. Sorry if this Hurts your feelings snowflake.
