Reporting unethical behaviors of executives will only get you fired. So, the only alternative is to spread it through the grapevine. I am glad that it is now in the open and we all know how unethical and immoral Emerson executives are. If any employees do anything remotely to what executives do, they will be fired in a heartbeat but Emerson executives can do no wrong. So sad for a company that I spent most of my life working for.

(Post ID @agll+17MV2PJT ) This is plain as daylight. I don’t know how to fight unethical behavior in this company, but this is not the way, I’m quite sure. I’m just wondering if anyone actually dared to report their unethical behavior or intends to do so despite the consequences?

Anyone who dares to report unethical executives will be targeted and his or her career cut short. Emerson is a vindictive company, starting with Farr.

It will be good riddance if he actually retires in 2021 but I think he will still hold on to the chairman’s position. He already made a cool $500 Million from Emerson over the years. What more does he want?

You are telling unethical executives to be ethical. I don’t think that will work. Unethical and immoral executives will remain unethical and immoral. It comes from the inside.
