There was a time when I was proud to tell anyone who would listen that I work here. I grew up on their products and it’s all you would see in my home. I actually believed we were important as individuals and we were crucial to its success. I don’t know when and how it changed only to become so noticeable years later. It makes me sad to see how much it’s changed and how now we are treated as nothing but a number on a spreadsheet.

Also a company that publicizes what it thinks people want to hear. They proclaim an angelic image of a company but it is vastly corrupt internally.
Pepsico is a company that preys on idealistic and naive individuals.
Agreed, it was one of my professional goals to work for PepsiCo and I was so proud when I was hired, even taking a pay cut to come to the company. Later, I realized what a mistake I made, that the company I admired so much is not at all what it seems.
