I am ready and willing to be one of the first if the company offers it. I’ve been here too many years and it’s time for me to move on. Let someone else carry the torch as they say. With the way things have been going at the company, I’m sure there are many others who feel the same way. It can’t happen soon enough in my opinion.

I personally know employees who received voluntarily retirement offer and were extremely offended by it and didn’t take it, saying organization will need to take them out, they will never go out willingly. I would trade with them in a heartbeat, but unfortunately I don’t qualify.
