Prospering I hear.
To be honest. They've also promised VCP in Dec, so I'm thrilled to see it real 😁
Maybe in Jan
but certainly no more layoffs in 2020.
It was restated multiple times on the call that
sev costs would be mostly completed in Q4.
So there ya go. a ray of sunshine
Press releases of software that does not exist yet. Google forced solutions that may give value but in 2 or 3 years.
Cold blood madness.
Sabre at its finest...
travel is affected because people still think it is a hoax.
More losses for Q3 and deeper into cash burning without recovery in sight. VPs just driving non revenue generating activities to look busy. Further round of layoffs is inevitable by Jan 2021.
It's not all bad. They are going to reinstate the 401K match as well as give all U.S. associates a minimum of 5 weeks PTO come January.
Sad + messy
Agile sweatshop. Run by accountants, Bishops, and program management. Treats development as commodity. Pretty dispiriting place to work.
Plus ca change.
The Sales have dried up
The "real" work has dried up.
It has gotten worse, not just because of greed (1-3 years ago). It's now worse because of desperation and the "drowning swimmer" that tries to grab on to anything to keep themselves from going under.
So its pretty bad. Protectionism, Racism etc. is all more common in VP driven orgs now.
not a desirable place to be unfortunately.

That's not true. If you're not treated well there is a reason. Why would you say that? Be specific, and be intellectually honest. Seriously, respect is earned. You don't get a trophy for suiting up. Respect is a tall trophy.
Much worse! No respect or dignity
Peachy-keen!
