What is the severance package?
Also I’m at retirement age, is there a retirement package ? What is in the retiring package??
Is there a difference in retirement package vs severance package??

Canada is one month per year...plus you don't have to worry about healthcare.
Not sure if it’s specific to the country you work in, but in the US it’s 1 week of pay for each year employed. I can speak to the retirement package, but I do know individuals that weren’t given such option and they were 1-2 years from retiring.
