Tell me why does a company allow a ceo to get a 13 million dollar bonus,when its obviously going down.

The CEO deserves every penny. He works harder and is smarter than all of you combined.
It should be illegal for a CEO to take a bonus, let alone several million dollars, when employees are being laid off ....think of how many people could have been saved with that 13 million. Pure selfishness
