I agree! I saw the writing on the wall as more and more young people were becoming supervisors. I took the package and never looked back. Loyalty and knowledge mean nothing anymore. All I can say is, sock away your money because SS definitely will not give you a comfortable retirement!
Very few real pensions left. Can’t believe people swallowed the whole “it’s a good deal” to lose your pension in return for a few extra 401K dollars. There’s a s—er born every minute.

This is just some freelance writer making stuff up. But I know COP started targeting senior employees with real pensions last round, so they'll probably continue that practice this round. Pension problem solved.
