Norway has always had better management than aberdeen. Aberdeen has become the laughing stock of baker due to drilling f-ups and poor management.

All Aberdeen directional drillers are now consultants earning big easy money in Romania, Syria, Iraq etc etc

How come Norway have the expertise to drill from remote location and save cost and why aberdeen still needs to send a large crew offshore to do the same thing? Poor management, poor education, low IT skill, no organisation, poor training, low IQ
