How were champions chosen? How many champions on the support team at your store?

Ours ate good workers. However, part of their job description is onboarding, which I desperately need assistance with, but the store manager stated she doesn't want them doing that. So.... Oh well for me, I guess.

What happened to sales manager roles?
There aren't any "sales managers" anymore.
They are chosen by wandering around the store , disappearing for 2/3 hrs. Playing politics, gossiping with their clicks oh wait. That’s a sale manager
