The union is the biggest part of the problem most of you are a bunch of overpaid cry babies, maybe its time to just get rid of the union once and for all I mean seriously what have they really done
So many of you have no place to go. Schenectady, the 301, and spending your life in 273 is all you have. Everyday that goes by is just one more day closer. Too bad Y.O.L.O.!!!!

The majority of GE Schenectady and R & D workforce comes from outside Schenectady County let alone the sh– hole city, as Much as Schenectady has its problems, the least of GE’s worries is school in the city!!

All the more reason why GE will give Schenectady's future a good hard look. This is the future workforce here that will be applying for a job at GE. 301 is doing bad enough with what it already has. We have more dropout and GED holders than we ever had. It will be in no shape to compensate for what is coming. You can't build upon a crumbling infrastructure. The BIG picture is bigger than anybody can apparently imagine! GE will live, but Schenectady is probably going to get amputated to the max.
