I really can’t believe you expected anything less than the post provide ! And so many others before this one !
At least some stores stopped filling the open DM positions once everyone knew this was happening for sure. I work with someone who made DM and two weeks later was told they were losing their position to GWP – how brutal!
It almost seems that way. We have 2 departments now without a DM and they weren't filled because this is coming.
Not enough higher positions. I warned everyone this was coming.
Because of the cancel culture it would be discriminatory to separate everyone by departments. Eventually we will all be walmart employees. Nothing more. Nothing less. I don't blame walmart for all the changes. I blame the anarchists. Do as we say or we will burn you down.
Which makes very little sense to me, since we need people. We can't lose anybody else right now.
