Stop with all the doom and gloom! Yes, the situations is bad but for f—'s sake, it's not as bad as so many of you are painting it to be. No, we're not going out of business any time soon. Some locations may close, but that happens nearly every year. We are going through a crisis. Some stores will make it and some won't. The rest of us will continue as before. As simple as that.

BN are the ones all “ doom and gloom” They’ve cut staff so much, new releases aren’t making it to the floor in a timely manner. Customers aren’t getting the help they’re used to. So, they’re going elsewhere.
The “doom and gloom” hangs over the store like a rain cloud. Even the managers act like every day there could be their last. No one talks long term plans. We either do something immediate or we ‘deal with it when we have to.
Daunt has a plan all right. The plan is to gut the company and sell off the books to third party sellers, like Hamilton Book. And then he will shut you guys down. Down with Daunt and BN.

I can't take it much longer, our store manager is making it unbearable. And the stress is making us all crazy. Who can be postive when hours are getting cut all the time and we can't pay the rent or buy food? Some of us have been waiting for years now for things to get better, years.
