CXM are assigned higher valume areas with no pay increase ?? We run around all day long for the same money. Why should we be moved to other areas knowing the fact that the person that was newly added will get let go when lay off come first.. not right !!! Lets face it holidays are coming and they want to squeeze out more out of us !!! I currently have W.Shoes, RTW, H.B and mens pretty much the whole store with no pay increase ?? Will there be increases coming in next year ?

Corporate knows. There are plenty of people in corporate that push for more hours and better workload balance. Those people are let go. The Corp execs that find ways to slash hours to the bone, and come up with b—s— programs to make it seem like an improvement are the ones that stay on.
- and everyone is expected to be bubbly and positive under these conditions. There should be a day in the life of a store associate where corporate get a taste of real store life. It is understandable that some are aware of the awful conditions, still their decisions and policies have negatively impacted lives. I wonder if anything would change after their experience?
Don't think the newest person will be the first to go. Depends on if your store director has ethics.
Oh no, they'll lead you on to think increases are coming and then say it was a rough year. Been there done that. Keep in mind no changes in workload just pay rate. The line will be othere will take the job.

Focus on one area .. not worth running around.. at the end of the year you will just get a review no increase
well,, lets compare this to women shoes.... i ran around for over a year with zero help... my sales supervisor was gone for 2-4 hours at a time.. sales manager did nothing.. runners did nothing.. stock manager then get promoted to being a lead ... so a year later... both sale supervisor and manager was cut.. runners taken out of the dept.. your now left all alone to do everything... you might as well spend time on your own biz then working to death for brick and dinosaur.
There might be no pay increase !!! We don't know. Yes, same here I run around all day long and I have 3 fob's under my belt . Crazy... no help
