There are plenty of permanently remote jobs.. pandemics don’t last forever, but it is 2020. Going remote permanently isn’t a stretch
This gives them an opportunity to close builfings. Save money. And apparently this new timecatd is going to track your every breathe. And movement so they can micromanage you. Win win for them
Working from home permanently is not realistic. A pandemic does not last forever.
Does this mean were running a business in our home.? Are they going to pay part of our taxes and expenses for running their business in our homes.
what is wrong with you.
No one is going back to “the office”. Those days are gone forever. Welcome to the new normal. Our whole world has changed thanks to COVID-19. IF anyone goes back it certainly won’t be ANYTHING like it was. Allstate is going open up Northbrook as a homeless shelter d–g rehab center. The publicity will be awesome.
That's bc it is going to be more layoffs before July..
Not me, I like looking homeless for work everyday.
They are making it so we won't really know our co-workers and it will be easier to quietly let us go a few at a time, people's emails will just bounce one day, no one will really care about the work they do and customers will suffer and Allstate will suffer, but TW will still collect a sh%t ton of money at our expense.
Same here. I'd like a mix of both. Working from home is like 80 percent the same, but there are definitely missing pieces. Obviously some people would prefer not to ever drive in
I love working from home. Never want to go back to the office.
Re :Are they allowing us to return to the office any time soon for personal Items
In HO big No
Working from home forever would be my choice! Signed, Happy and Productive Boomer!
Are they allowing us to return to the office any time soon for personal Items? By July it would be 16 months working from home without those items...
Okay boomer
People should be given a choice.
You can always volunteer in the pilot program.
I'd say you're in an extreme minority on that one.
No need to return to the office if everything can be done from home is how I feel. Save the commute time and car miles.
