Anyone seeked out legal advice regarding the TAP and General release? Anyone been told by an attorney not to sign the release?

Basically, anyone over 60 was toast. Those over 55 selectively targeted, too. Good age discrimination lawsuit if you’re willing & able to walk away from the severance package & try your luck.
Signing the document without legal consultation is irresponsible.
Why give up reinstatement, back pay, future immunity to further actions for no reason other than convenience?
Unlike the diverse options to take a dump in the Findlay office for all the they/theirs out there. This thing is solid
