Can anyone confirm if we will be able to collect the Covid-19 payment on Unemployment once it is approved by Congress?

Reach out to employment practices at RJ to see what they’re classifying it as. It doesn’t matter what we’ve been told—what matters is what they’re telling the unemployment office.
I have filed for unemployment and have been approved. It is sad that here in Florida the max we get is $275 a week for 12 weeks. The governor has signed a waiver that we don't need to look for work until 12/4. He has extended this a number of times and hopefully he will do so again. If congress passes another stimulus where they will provide additional funds we should automatically get this (if you are on unemployment). At this point I will take whatever is available. I've paid into this system for 40 years.
