What happened to EMC? We could pull BOPIS and CDS in no time with the "old" way.

I complained in the mysource note and our store phone got lit up from corporate numbers left and right calling us. Instead of taking it with a grain of salt they had the nerve to get butthurt and get emotional with my SM.
These knuckleheads dont even consult anyone that works in a store whenever they implement a change like this and they ought to.
