October 15th is our last official day at RJ. Very bittersweet for me. I’m already seeing people I’ve worked with for a decade pulling away. At first there were phone calls every couple days and text messages but they are focusing on keeping their jobs. I don’t blame them. I actually feel bad for them. The new pressures are real and moral is at zero. Don’t know how Paul is going to turn this ship around since nobody believes him. I guess I’m moving on also. Good luck to all my fellow terminated in the long run we will be better off than those left behind, it will just take time.

Just FYI for all: employment practices team confirmed with me that the last day is actually today, 10/16. :)
Somehow I also agree with the post but I would rather be working 50 hours a week instead of being unemployed.
I agree with this post. I’m better off without RJ. Feel bad for the workers no sympathy for management. Let’s see how many volunteers for putting in 50-60 hours a week now
