Worked at Conway for 26 years and I was a supervisor my mom was in grave condition they came to me and said you have to move to Kentucky I explained my mom’s situation they didn’t care 2 weeks later my mother passed so what does that tell you about this company they do not care about their employees it’s all about money they are nothing but liers

Its hard to believe that a Fortune 500 company won't give its employees the same perks and flexibility that one would receive from a Mom and Pop store.
Let this be a lesson to all you bosses doing the bidding of upper management, they will throw you under the bus just like us. So ease up and treat employees the way you want to be treated. You may find yourself back to your tools and then you will wish you hadn’t ruined our work rules and conditions!
