Xerox has initiated and implemented a very good COVID policy. They supply masks, gloves and hand sanitizer to all employees. All office space is inspected and protocols for safe distancing are implemented. We even have a log of who enters the office, so that if contact tracing is required, we have all the information. As for self-reporting apps, they are also implemented. Good Job Xerox to keep employees safe!

Whoever thinks that Ricoh has very good policies, Covid related or anything else, you need a serious reality check!

Hahahahahhahahahahahahahahhaha that’s funny. Not sure who said this but Xerox policy is now c-ap. If you get Covid or are exposed to someone that is you don’t get paid time off. Hence techs working even while compromised.
Ricoh also has policy’s and procedures that are very good.
