Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Agents suffer

This chaos of layoffs has degraded the agency force. I have never seen so many agencies for sale. Ever day is a s-show with Systems issues, poor claim handling and terrible customer service.

Holy cow they really cut all the long term regional wannabees. So happy they trimmed the fat in this area with tons retiring.

Agents selling has nothing to do with the layoffs and everything to do with IS.

We were also told in April that there would be no layoffs at all by TW in a town hall and that changed in June so....

If it comes from anyone in corporate consider it a lie until proven otherwise.

@klr+17pO1wRN Interesting as the call I was on today with sales they were saying nothing is going to change from 2020 to 2021

Honest question. Can they change the TPP formula? I think the handwriting is on the wall and books won't sell. Time to TPP.

Agents haven't seen anything yet. Lower compensation next year. Higher sales goal requirements. No more gifted assigned corporate bound new business to agents. Zero new business underwriting reviews/disputes. No more ASAP. Full direct coming in the next few years.
