Here recently a couple of APASMs and myself notice that when we go into field management schedule it has the option for us to edit the management schedule. This has been showing for the past week. Does anyone know if this is a glitch? My SM says she doesn’t know why we would have that option now. No one else in the store has this but me, store lead, and store manager.

Your UNBIASED position is changing ! Since your store manager can’t and refuseS to be unbiased your position is molding into what your MAPM should’ve been doing years ago ! REPORTING EVERYTHING ! Up to and including termination !
You will be paid more but you will have more responsibilities!
And ?
You will have to apply for your position and your MAPM will have you evaluated for the position before they are fired and given a A HEALTHY SEVERANCE PAY !
Sorry for the previous response read that wrong. That is weird not sure why its allowing that.
There was some communication like 2 weeks ago that only coaches, business lead, people lead, and store mangers can edit schedules.
