As long as Cisco continues promoting the wrong people who have no experience and very little knowledge in the field they're being promoted in, we will continue to fail. It's as simple as that. They can lay off people if they have competent managers who'll know how to handle the sudden loss of workforce and who'll be able to jump in themselves to help. And that is certainly not what's been happening. We have the exact opposite, a complete disarray after every layoff round. Simply put, a disaster in the making.
