They're trying to scare employees for speaking up when they are harrassed and treated badly. I will repeat, Do NOT trust Human Resources. The corporate office will go to the Regional Manager and they will go to your manager. THE COMPANY IS OUT TO PROTECT THEMSELVES- NOT YOU!
This is one of the few places where everything you say is totally anonymous and don't let the corrupt managers keep you quiet. And if your situation is really bad, seek a good lawyer! I did.
