the contract that the unions get for us . is always in favor of the company. the carman union is the worst we had in years. afraid of the company. all you get when you call is just be glad you have a job. come on that is getting old. the unions need to get a big set of balls and stand up for the men. the carmen unions officers need to quit their job and give it to real carmen who cares for the men. and not theirself. vote them out if you can.

What is the purpose of paying union dues when the unions don’t do anything but take your money? Even if the unions don’t pay for lawyers they should organize by mail/phone/email with all members and have a game plan instead of every man for himself. They have the names. They have the contact information for everyone laid off. 5000+ people laid off. If there was even an ounce of leadership that would organize a group involving multiple unions things could happen. Millions of dollars we are leaving on the table due to a lack of leadership. Millions of dollars that are used to buy back stock to make the exectutives look good. Driving the stock price up with money that’s stolen from the working man. The man that’s going to die an early kreasote cancer related death. Even after death NS will deny the family any kind of benefit because it will never be their fault. UNION LEADERS NEED TO SACK UP. HAVE SOME BALLS. QUIT BENDING OVER FOR THESE CROOKS. FAMILIES>SHAREHOLDERS.

Correct! But rr unions organizing a lawsuit will never happen. They don’t have the $ for the lawyers. Everyone knew PSR was coming and this should of been thought out before Harrison went to CSX. There was plenty of time to do it too. They sat and watched it happen in Canada and did nothing. The railroad’s have won once again.

Contract isn’t optional. Black and white ink. Class action lawsuit is only way to win though. An individual who went to court for their own interests would pay more in lawyers fees than you would receive. Company knows that. That’s why they refuse to pay without a class action lawsuit which they are betting won’t happen. The union officials need to organize the lawsuit with real lawyers picked out and approved by union members but the union officials have no interest in you winning. They have their pie job either way. Need some get-it-done union men with backbones not all these fluff your “what I did last month report” guys we have now.

Quit spreading false hope siht. Nobody currently furloughed is getting a dime. That only came into play when the you had lifer executive’s that cared about the companies future. THAT DOES NOT APPLY NOW!!!

I think a few people got it when they "closed" Motor Yard and the Macedonia car shop.

Appendix M is when you get money when your point shuts down except the company keeps the money because our unions are sackless b–ches.
