Useless managers do nothing but sleep in offices
Not many managers know anything about railroading now their all degree yes people with no clue. When locations are spending a minimum of a million dollars alone on managers that screams top heavy which everyone already knew about this company, calling it micro managed was putting it lightly.
What western region? We only have a north and a south. Smart guy.
Everyone knows that the front line managers will be in their sites when the executives can’t make the trains roll by yelling at them any more. Expect to see a complete change of managers before it’s all over. We’ll have leaders who really don’t know jack about railroading before it’s said and done.
