Don’t wait too long to bail on Cisco, because sooner rather than later, your Cisco experience on your resume would be worth less than burger flipping at McDonalds.

Disagree with OP. It all depends on what team and business unit you are in. Advice is to move from team to team and pick up new skills and experiences. Dont stay in the same role for 10+ years.
I didn't get LR and was upset by it. Grade 6 here. I have started my search for a new job
