Per the title, I'm curious as to how far in advance layoffs are planned, and when the news filters down to management.
Still got a bad taste in my mouth about the whole treatment.

On the same page w/ you! My "guesstimate"is sometime around October (teams had that BU drill to put in process breakout and time spent on their daily BAU so that was just a clue that shhit is about to exscalate ).... im sure the firm was aware of COVID before it even hit the US soil so you can factor that in the equation... In the end nepotism and boss but licking was the key determinant in your layoff.
I remember my boss telling me not to stay late although he was working hard and late.
