All I am seeing is discussions about money.
What else is Cisco offering ?
I know in situations like these other similar companies offered a package including career counseling, access to training resources like Linked Learning, Oreilly books etc.
So what else is offered ?
Even if you ARE a Cisco employee, if you're not impacted, they're not sharing the details.
I didn't see anything on the CEC, but I'm aware of a SharePoint link that's restricted to the impacted employees only.
To the OP, other replies on other threads have mentioned offering Randstadt outplacement services instead of Lee Hecht Harrison. It's no big secret that companies doing large lay-offs offer outplacement services because it's required by the WARN act.
