I am amazed that his tirades have not surfaced on the web. Exec HR had the audacity to deny his behavior as well as the abusive behaviors that were prolific with his direct reports. Goes to demonstrate that money doesn’t change trash. Trash is trash.
I have a number of recordings of Farr swearing 4 letter word at employees. Any CEO who does that is not worthy of leading corporate America.
Farr should be honored for being the worse CEO. He led the company for 20 years and Emerson gone backwards under his watch. The only company that acquire other companies at high prices and after acquisition, revenues dropped significantly.
Farr is also the most egoistical CEO who is racist, s-xist and lacks respect for employees.
Farr is a bloviating fool who should have been removed years ago. In 2020 we should not be dealing with racist, misogynistic CEO.
