The rumor was that TSAs (and even some levels of SEs) would be absorbed by GVE or operate in a new pooled/shared resource model instead of being mapped to specific regions. The rumor was TSAs assigned to the commercial territory regions would follow this model while the higher revenue account teams would continue to have dedicated TSAs.
This thread makes sense to about 9 people on the planet.
Is the TSA call center virtual, offshored or in the US?

Except for Select and Enterprise, correct? Heard this was just Commercial territory.
