You get what you give. This company has been treating us horribly for years now and now they're shocked when people are not extatic to work here? If you want respect, you gotta give respect. If you want loyalty, you gotta give loyalty. BBBY is doing none of these things. Which is why people are leaving and bad-mouthing the company every chance they get. BBBY brought this on itself.

Go to college, go to trade school. Do something to better your life. Complaining will get you nowhere. BBB s—s, absolutely, but if the only thing you do about it is complain, who's the real problem here?
Why have you stuck around working for a company that has been treating you terribly for years? I think some people stick around because they enjoy having something to complain about.

It's just a minority of people that work with the company and usually coming from the 8+ yrs tenure crowd that are still living in that past pre MT.
If we still had ST and crowd this company wouldn't have survived the pandemic. You would be reading how bbby filed for bankruptcy and closing all its stores in the next 2 years instead of 200.
Not a huge fan of MT but they are more transparent than previous administration.
Just a thought for most tenure workers posting here...
You can find better opportunities elsewhere. Find a job or career that fits your current needs. This company isn't reverting back anytime soon. Wish you the best.

Extatic?..anyhow..tired of the same old posts saying the old same things. BBB acts like a lot if big retailers/big companies act. Seriously..do you have any clue how big business works? I am not defending them..basically saying it is not that unusual
