How many people have already been let go? Can they achieve the numbers they need just by letting go the People who got NSI and put on PIP?

I'm not sure why someone would think the number is going to be less than 8%. The odds are it is going to be higher not lower.
Considering the number of people in my area of the company, and how many have been let go, I do not think it will be 8%. It would be far less.
By the way, I am not considering the contractors in the head count.
Well changes are they will not eliminate in a single stroke. Probably 8% at a time or in the range, and in the following months, the last year's 8% will be gone and last year's NI will become the next NSI and so on. Gradually reducing the workforce in incremental steps.
Is NSI still 8% as they claimed? Is there a way to do anonymous polls here to get a true number?
Targets are much, much higher than PIP, NSI
