Shrinking in Asia is an odd strategy since Carl allegedly wanted to expand there free of FX conflucts. I guess just blowing smoke to fool shareholders that he actually had a plan beyond extracting cash for himself
So are we devolving to a small group of support to meet current product service commitments and sutting down the rest? Sure seems that way, more as time passes.

no surprise of closing down in Asia. Looks similar here in Europe.
THE latest RIF in Asia completely wipes out their HR team. So I wonder how AO (Asian Operations) which supports supply chain activities in Asia can exist any longer. They have been downsized to a skeleton crew already. SO it looks like Xerox will only operate in the US and Europe after 31 March 2021 when the contract with FX ends.

Anyone left at this point is likely milking it, hoping to make it to retirement. Anyone with marketable skills has already left on their own. Probably plenty of >50 yr old workers just hanging on making 100k or more. They will get a wakeup call when there are no jobs out there, or jobs that pay 40k less than they were making at Xerox.
