These layoffs get worse and worse every time. I’m gone since 2015 and glad to be happily retired.
Quite frankly, I'd rather have 10 colonoscopies than go through this Transformation process again. Alpha was a tea party compared to what's going on now. As someone put it, Transformation is like the Hunger Games meets the Bachelorette.

Uh, clearly not an employee. This has been known for months and months and months bro. Would you rather just be sh!t canned one day and handed a box OR get full salary for more than half a year and then get the opportunity to apply for your own job and three others before you are let go. Even after you are told you are laid off, you stay on the payroll for a while and then get severance. It’s only stressful for people that have never been anywhere else but Chevron.
