Wellness checks?

Did you guys see on in sight that we now have to call a manager after we've clocked in to tell them our temperature instead of having it check at the door? Just curious if anyone's store was actually doing temp checks at the door in the first place? and does anyone know when we'll get proper dividers for our registers? My store hasn't had any cases since being back but I'm thinking about reporting if things don't change

Good grief, just use your cell phone, call before you leave home and be done with it. Then you don't have to worry about touching the damn phone at the store . Honestly!

Just buy a temperature kiosk , it will store temperature, employees ID #, requires no manager or phone call. Who is disinfecting the phone after each use????

You do not have to call a manager. Just make the call. One of the reasons that we have gone to the call is HIPAA. Managers are not doctors and your temperature is your private health information and as stated before checks were not being done to a standard. Now if you have symptoms and lie everybody is covered.

Just started the phone thing 3 days ago. It seems to be working ok. We don’t have to wait for a manager anymore.

I'm an AST and they probably asked me 4/10 tens really quick in passing "are you good?" and that's it. Phone thing is a little late and a waste of time. I have a horrible cough and no one has ever commented. It isn't covid related, but how do they know?

Plus our associates keep f'ing up and pressing the wrong button lol

You don’t have to call a manager to tell them your temp. The new process is to call your stores phone number or tie line and answer the automated questions over the phone. It’s a good thing
