Does anyone know what is going on with LDU? In Arizona they are taking everlasting more states claims with no answers as to why. For example, Texas and Kansas claims.. and everyone is being told that come November, you won’t know if you will even have the same leader or team! Can we get some answers as to what the heck is going on? Are they planning on taking a State Farm route and making LDU a team level? And did that not see how that worked out for SF? What about the processors? Clearly they’re gone... just looking for some real “transparency”

You would think that one of these days someone up the food chain would finally give everyone the 'vision' of Transformative Growth. But here we are left in the dark and wondering what shoe is going to drop next. Been here 30 plus years and never seen the like of what is going on. Lay it all that there and let everyone know what the heck to expect. I made it past the layoffs ... this time. Fully expect there to be another round down the road. Employee morale for even the people they kept is down the tubes. I see no effort to mend any fences and to provide any clarity. Old enough to retire so just riding the wave for now. A real head scratcher if they really expect to have anyone around to handle claims a year down the road. Can't believe some of the people I heard were let go. Who is going to answer the phone? Customer service was probably only fair before all this. Afterwards?? Well we all know where that is going.. Yep down the tubes. Are they really going to let all the people go eventually and use independents?? Almost feels like that doesn't it?

There were cuts in leadership so of course there will be realignment of teams. Like it or not, you’ll handle whatever claims in whatever states that the company dictates. “Transparency” is out the door.
