As someone who work(ed) on the state side of medicaid projects that were created by "DXC" (now Gainwell) I have to say that your work is shoddy and c-appy. People quitting left and right, people not knowing what is going on, no true UAT testing, lies, deceit, delayed project releases, workarounds that shouldn't be workarounds - your products are total c-ap and I hope that no other state is fooled into hiring "DXC/Gainwell" to make any of their medicaid programs.
Learn from other states. Learn that they build c-appy systems. Learn that they do not know how to test properly. Learn that they treat their employees like c-ap. Learn that they lie, deceive, and attempt to swindle you out of more money.
A villain is a villain no matter what you change your name to. I am sure an investment company's number 1 goal will be profit, not a working system. Expect that to show when you hire "Gainwell" to create any of your systems.
You have been warned.
