Had my weekly 1:1 with my manager today. I'm EMEAR based but GVE so that might change things, but he told me it would be at least half of November before anything is known

I received today a 1:1 meeting invitation from my manager. Obviously this is "it"... I called him inmediately and he confirmed. I will know tomorrow what's the offering with HR in terms of severance package.
It's in Spain. I've heard from other people that this will start tomorrow and will last for this week and the next one, and many other people in EMEAR will be affected as well.
Belgium: nothing and I do not think we will get anything in the next 1-2 months.
Belgium could not organize a pee-up in a brewery inside 2 months.
On an all-hands at another Euro country today, the very evasive GM seemed to indicate that the notifications had been done. But this is a country that is organized.
Official UK process due to start tomorrrow. Consultation ‘at risk’ email then + final notification meeting 4-6 weeks later.
