My manager is being eliminated and she is acting funky about telling us when we will transition and our new managers name. A hint was mentioned today but didn’t elaborate. I really don’t like the manager anyway. We find out changes through other people before he tells us. Why hide and wait to the last min to inform us. Poor management and I hope my new manager communicates better. I’m glad he’s gone. Shows favoritism on the team and loves drama. I just want to know what I’ll be doing and not wait until the last min.
