Backbone TAC gone mostly if not all, moving to outsourced.
No more local support.

CX s—s. TAC is the only good thing over there. The leadership is c-ap and needs to go.

CX is not wiped out (I wish they where), they are trying to grow their Org more, they even wanted to close all their CX req to ensure no one from LR got a spot. It’s a nasty organization.
