I’ve been reading these posts and responses. Some of them are downright cruel and baseless. You want to complain about managers you work or have worked with, that’s fine. But I’m seeing very few genuine complaints and a lot of baseless accusations and downright cruel attacks.
My SM may not be perfect, but who is? She helps out on the floor when needed and doesn’t just sit in the office twiddling her thumb. She works alongside us and leads by example. There are managers like that you know. Not all of them are bad.
