There is a specific location where the facility manager’s wife is the accounting manager. You know there is something going on there... should be conflict of interest.

YEP, we here at the old Brandt building in Conroe have the same thing. Our president hired the guy that mowed his yard and grew up with him and now he is 2nd in command... sad place to be right now.

The married couples, the immediate family, the in-laws.....is abundantly obvious this company is full of nepotism. Together they are making the company worse and worse....however, it starts from the top and they have already done a great job of failing this company.

Nepotism is one of the main reasons NOV is going down the tubes. I would say I know many hires that are relatives or friends or neighbors or owed money to, but everyone knows who they are... it’s no secret that they are still working and they are most of the time the least competent.

Well who's going to do anything about it when HR is also in on it and part of the problem, a bunch of them have relatives in the business.

The site I work at is full of nepotism, the audit team would have a busy time finding staff that were not related ... even some sub contractors are related to management.
