What is the severance being offered to those being laid off?

I took the cap in july. Anyone who could have and didn't is a s—a!
I got 4 weeks. CT is going down. 10 yrs here and that's all they give you.
The four weeks may be considered your 30 days notice of termination.
Typically the fine print tells you not to disclose that information, or else!
So far everyone has said 4 weeks
