There is so much more fat to cut at Pratt, but the sad truth is that fat is here to stay. We could easily get rid of whole management levels that contribute zero to the bottom line of the company, but will that happen? No. Instead, the people who do the actual work that matters are the ones who pay the price every time. Makes me see red, but not much I can do about it.

Did the status of your milking get reported up by 4 levels regurgitating the same thing? You could send an email or update status on a drive and replace them all and when you meet a dead line you get the bonus. But than you would get brilliant advice if you are behind like double the people and it will be twice as fast.
